TOP PRIMER is a bitumen based solvent made of oxidized bitumen (85/25) and aromatic solvents.

CONSUMPTION

For metallic surfaces 100-150 gr/m^²for each layer. For concrete surfaces the consumption is depending from the porosity and the texture of the surface. Suggestively consumption of 250-300 gr/m^²for each layer.

SAFETY

It must be applied in well-ventilated spaces, and when we use spray the mouth, eyes and noise must be protected with appropriate mask.

PACKAGING

The product is supplied in cans of 5, 10, 16, 17 and 23,5 kg and in drums of 180kg upon client’s request.

TOP COAT is a bitumen based emulsion. It is according ASTM 1227

CONSUMPTION

For concrete surfaces the consumption is depending from the porosity and the texture of the surface. Suggestively consumption:

§ Vertical surfaces :400-600 gr/m^²

§ Non accessible horizontal surfaces :2 layers- 2-3kg/m²

§ Accessible horizontal surfaces using reinforcement: 3.5-4kg/m²

§ Vapour barrier :1kg/m8

TOXICITY

None.

PACKAGING

The product is supplied in cans of 19 kg and in drums of 180kg upon client’s request.
